CALIFORNIA MINIMUM CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) COMPLIANCE ONLINE FOR LAWYERS & PARALEGALS

Recent changes to the California Business & Professions Code allow California Attorneys to earn continuing legal education (MCLE) credit online in the comfort of their own homes or offices.
 
Additionally, the California State Legislature has mandated that Paralegals must also earn Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits from California State Bar approved providers.

Compliance Group 2 is due 2/1/2009 (H-M)

Group 1 (A-G, due 2/1/2010)
Group 3 (N-Z, due 2/1/2011)
